What is a Trial or Try-out?
A trial or try-out is a real evaluation period where players are integrated into a specific professional football club. Players train with the team, participate in match situations, and are directly assessed by the club’s coaching staff to evaluate their level, potential, and readiness. Very few players ever get evaluated inside a professional club — are you ready to prove you belong there?

What to expect?
In our Trials or Try-outs, these are the 3 possibilities outcomes:
Get a contract
If your performance meets the club’s expectations, we will work to secure you a contract that includes accommodation support and a starting salary based on your level and potential.
Get Developed
If the club identifies strong potential but believes further development is needed, we will coordinate with them to reduce your accommodation costs while you continue improving within their environment.
No Offer
If a contract is not offered, you will receive detailed feedback outlining your strengths and areas to improve. Based on your profile, we may also explore additional trial opportunities with other football clubs.
