Gambeta Advisory is a project founded by José A. Quiñones De Abreu (former Atlético de Madrid) and Enrique Calabuig (former Real Madrid C.F.) with the mission of adding value to youth football development on a global scale. Drawing on their experience and connections within elite clubs, they created an agency built on the belief that every talented young player has the potential to become a professional—with the right training, structure, and guidance. Gambeta Advisory works to create development opportunities for young footballers through partnerships with clubs, academies, federations, and other professionals in the industry, with a strong focus on both personal and professional growth.
